Interior: This amazingly luxurious, up-market villa offers you sumptuous surroundings for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. The beautifully furnished split level lounge area with its leather furnishings and plasma screen tv, leads to the large covered terrace, equipped with large barbecue, dining for eight people and rattan sofa and chairs. This area is elevated and provides panoramic sea views. Back inside, there are 6 stairs leading from the lounge to the modern kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen/ Dining Room: The kitchen is light and modern with all the mod cons! There are 2 fridges providing ample storage for keeping drinks cool in one and your food in the other!  The large granite dining table seats eight.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom is sumptuously furnished with a superking sized bed, a Plasma TV linked to the sky tv system and Air Conditioning. The ensuite bathroom has a 2 person airbath, his and her´s basins and plenty of storage for your toiletries. There is a small dressing area and 2 patio doors, one to a Juliet balcony and the other to the covered terrace.  There is a further king sized bedroom with ensuite and dressing area plus a superking bedroom with patio doors to the covered terrace and a single bedroom. These share a separate shower room. NB The superking bed is a zip and link so this room can be made-up as a twin bedroom.

Outside Area: There is a 12 x 4.5 metre electrically heated Swimming Pool and large terrace with ample sunbeds and the covered terrace for dining.
