This magnificent villa is luxuriously appointed with all the extras that make a memorable holiday. It has sea views and is only a few minutes drive to beautiful golden beaches in Puerto del Carmen.

Interior: This imposing, superior villa has been fitted and furnished to an extremely high standard. The living area is open plan and set on two levels. It has a high, cathedral style, wooden ceiling and large patio doors. On the upper level there is a large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. From here steps lead down to the beautiful living room, which has views over the terraces, swimming pools and out to sea. There are five attractive bedrooms. Two have double beds, one of them has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area and has doors to the terrace. Three bedrooms have twin beds and there is a further bathroom and two shower rooms.

Exterior: Very large and secluded sunbathing terraces surround the heated swimming pools. They are set side by side, one is a large, shaped, adult pool with twin dolphin mosaic and the other a smaller, shallow children’s pool. This area is completely private and is equipped with an attractive patio, dining area and many sun-beds. From the terrace there are sea views to Fuerteventura. A separate, large courtyard is equipped with a pool table for family enjoyment. The villa has a private driveway and parking area.

Services: There is a mid-week towel change & light clean. All bed linen is fresh upon arrival & changed every Thursday.

Amenities: The villa is located in the rural and typically Canarian village of Guime , just a ten minute drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous golden beaches, as well as its bars, restaurants and shops. The islands largest hypermarket is a two-minute drive from the villa and an excellent modern shopping centre is located just beyond. Guime is a very central location, making it perfect for reaching the islands many beautiful attractions and beaches.

The transfer time from the airport is less than ten minutes and the villa owners will meet you to assist with your luggage and the transfer.
