Interior: The elegant decoration and furnishings provide a serene, relaxing atmosphere throughout the villa. The living area is beautifully decorated with furnishings from Ikea and has patio windows affording amazing views to the sea. As well as ample comfortable sofas, the living area also features a formal dining table with seating for 6 guests. The villa has a separate extremely well equipped modern kitchen including a seating area. The patio windows from the lounge lead onto the upper terrace where there is seating to enjoy alfresco eating along with a barbeque.  The three bedrooms are situated off the hall way one step down and comprise of a large bouble with a bathroom situated next to it and a smaller twin bedded room. Further along the corridor is the master suite consisting of a tastefully decorated double bedroom with excellent views again out to sea and also patio doors leading to the lower patio and swimming pool. There is also an en-suite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled with baths, overhead showers, toilet, bidet and wash basins.

Exterior: The villa is set in its own beautifully landscaped gardens with lawns to the front and patio areas on the sea facing side. The beautiful electrically heated salt system swimming pool with its roman steps and pretty sea lion mosaic are situated on the lower terrace area to make the most of the fantastic sea views and daytime sun. Ample sun beds are provided which makes this ideal for guests wishing to make the most of the Canarian sun.

Amenities: The villa is situated on the edge of the large, bustling village of Tias. The main village has two supermarkets, butchers, bakers and many other shops. There is a good selection of restaurants covering all tastes and many good bars including tapas. The village is a fifteen minute walk or two minutes by car. There is also a small local canarian shop only five minutes walk away. Tias is only four kilometers from the amenities and miles of glorious beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. The wine growing region of La Geria and the volcanic national park of Timanfya are also only a short drive away. The transfer time from the airport is less than ten minutes and the villa owners will meet you to assist with your luggage and the transfer.
