There are three further bedrooms on the lower level. The beautiful master bedroom is gracefully decorated with a sumptuous four poster bed and has French windows leading out to a large covered terrace. It has a separate dressing area, and an en-suite bathroom with twin basins and a full bath with overhead shower. A sweeping staircase leads to the lower terrace and pool area. The 9m x 4m, electrically heated pool has Roman steps and features a pretty dolphin mosaic. The main village shops, bars and a good selection of restaurants are only a fifteen minute walk or a two minute drive away. There is also a small local shop within a five minute walk. Tias is only four kilometres from the amenities and miles of glorious golden beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. The wine growing region of La Geria and the volcanic national park of Timanfya are also only a few minute’s drive away. The transfer time from the airport is approximately fifteen minutes.
